World’s Best Popcorn
Ingredients
- 15 cups popped popcorn*
- 3 Tablespoons butter or olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons Soup-er Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon tamari soy sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter or heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium-low heat. Add the Soup-er seasoning and stir to incorporate. In a large bowl, toss the popped popcorn with the butter/seasoning mixture. If you'd like an extra flavor punch, sprinkle tamari soy sauce over the top before adding the butter/seasoning mixture.
Notes
*I use my stove-top Whirley pop for this, from 1/2 cup popcorn kernels.
